북해도 남동쪽 구시로(釧路) 습원은 일본에서 가장 큰 습지로 다양한 동식물이 있는 자연의 보고이다.

구시로 습원Youth Hostel은 구시로역에서 오면 toro(塘路)역사 바로 오른쪽 1분 거리의 땅색지붕 건물로

체크인은 16시 이며, 아담한 분위기로 숙소 테라스에 망원경이 있으며, 주위를 역에서 자전거를 빌려 다닐 수 있다. 2시간 1,000엔

특이한 점은 아침에 투숙객들이 숙소주인과 단체기념촬영을 한다.
